trade any pokemon at all

been trying for hours to find a pokemon to trade but there all like level 100 celebi for a hoothoot etc etc
i've heard of the glitch where you can evolve your pokemon without having to trade it but i need to trade something else
if anyone could help me i literally just need to trade for like your worst pokemon, take 2 minutes.
